TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
OFFER TO SELL/ORDER ACCEPTANCE: Possession of Harrison price list is not to be construed as an offer to sell products listed thereon. Harrison reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
TERMS: Net 30 days from invoice date. Seller reserves the right to hold any orders, without notice, on delinquent accounts.
MINIMUM ORDER: $ 100.00 NET. Orders received less than minimum will be invoiced at the minimum charge. All products may be combined to make minimum.
FREIGHT: All shipments made FOB shipping point. Title to merchandise passes at point of shipment.
TAXES: Unless satisfactory and appropriate tax exemption certificates are furnished, applicable sales tax will be added to the invoice.
CANCELLATIONS OR ADDITIONS: All orders are individually entered for processing immediately upon receipt. Harrison reserves the right to access any costs incurred from either the change of order or cancellation of order. Harrison also reserves the right to consider all order additions as separate and new orders subject to the terms and conditions as stated above. Custom manufactured parts are not subject to customer cancellation or return.
CLAIMS: Shipments received by common carrier must be inspected upon arrival for shortages, loss or damage. Shipping errors must be reported to Harrison within 15 days. Claims for damage or shortages should be directed promptly to the common carrier by the consignee. Product which has been used or processed will not be considered for damage claim or return.
RETURNED GOODS: All returns are subject to our advance written approval and will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 25%. Collect shipments will not be accepted. A copy of our written authorization must accompany all returned shipments.
WARRANTY: All Harrison products are carefully inspected for manufacturing defects. However, it is not always possible to detect hidden defects. Products are to be free from defects resulting from faulty workmanship, manufacturing defects or material defects. Said products are warranted only to the extent that, upon written notice, Harrison will replace without charge, including shipping charges, via most economical mode of transportation, products proved to have manufacturing defects within 6 months of the date of delivery thereof and provided Harrison has been given the opportunity to inspect the product alleged to be defective and the installation of use thereof. NO WARRANTY IS INCLUDED AGAINST ANY EXPENSE FOR REMOVAL, REINSTALLATION OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENSTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT. THE WARRANTIES SET OUT ABOVE ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE BY HARRISON AND ARE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. HARRISON WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILTY FOR PRODUCT FAILURE DUE TO IMPROPER PIPING LAYOUT OR DESIGN, INSTALLATION, SOLVENT CEMENTING, WELDING OR OTHER NEGLIGENCE. NO WARRANTY IS MADE WHERE THE ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION IS ALTERED OR MODIFIED.
CAUTION: Harrison Machine and Plastics Corporation, recommends against the use of thermoplastic piping systems for the transport or storage of compressed air or other compressed gases or the testing of such systems with compressed air or other compressed gases, in exposed, or above ground locations. Use of Harrison plastic piping products in exposed compressed gas systems voids our warranty for the products so used. For further information, contact our Sales Offices.
